Privacy
Most of our members are minors, so we collect only what the chapter uses. Last updated September 24, 2026.
What we collect
When you send a membership access request, we collect:
- Your name
- Your school email address
- Your graduation year
- When your request was sent, reviewed and approved
Once you have an account, we also keep the events you sign up for and whether an officer confirmed your attendance. We don’t collect phone numbers, home addresses, birthdays, student ID numbers or payment information. Please don’t send them to us.
How we use it
We use it for chapter verification of your membership access request, to send your authentication email and sign-in links, to track attendance toward Active membership, and to decide which chapter documents you can open. Document access is checked against your account each time; locked documents never appear in public links.
Who can see it
You can see your own record. Chapter officers and advisors can see the member list, sign-ups and attendance. We don’t sell student information or share it for advertising.
Supabase stores accounts, sign-ups and documents for this site and sends its sign-in emails. The site doesn’t run analytics or ad trackers.
Deleting your account
Email jlaubhan@fjuhsd.org or nbouchard@fjuhsd.org and an administrator will delete your account. Your profile, sign-ups, attendance, membership request and messages are deleted with it. The chapter keeps a record of approvals and decisions for security, with your name and email removed. Account suspension or account revocation removes access right away.
Students and parents can also ask to see or correct what we hold.
Children under 13
This site is for high school students. If we learn that someone under 13 sent us information, we delete it.
Using this site
Please don’t use this site to impersonate someone, send false information, try to get into accounts or documents that aren’t yours, or share member-only documents outside the chapter. Links to DECA and other sites follow those sites’ own policies.
